Terms of Use

Effective [October 24, 2026]

These terms are an agreement between you and [legal business name] (“ChairStart”, “we”, “us”) for your use of chairstart.com. By creating an account or using ChairStart, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What ChairStart is

ChairStart is an educational planning tool. It gives dental hygienists in California checklists, resources and an AI coach to help them plan and start an RDHAP practice.

2. Not professional advice

Everything in ChairStart, including the steps, checklists, faculty guidance, supply lists, vendor information and AI coach answers, is general educational information. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, licensing or clinical advice, and using ChairStart does not create any professional relationship. Laws, Dental Hygiene Board of California requirements, fees and vendor details change. Always confirm with the Dental Hygiene Board of California, a licensed attorney, an accountant or another qualified professional before you act. You are responsible for your own business and practice decisions.

3. The AI coach

The coach uses artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when they sound confident. Check important information before relying on it, especially anything about laws, licensing, money or patient care. Questions are limited per person per day to keep the service available for everyone.

8. Changes and ending your account

We may update ChairStart or these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app, and continuing to use ChairStart means you accept it. You can stop using ChairStart and ask us to delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers

ChairStart is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChairStart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business losses, arising from your use of ChairStart or reliance on its content.
